Every message a customer has sent you, on one timeline.
Email, the form, the chat on your site and the messages from your social accounts arrive in the same thread, under the same person. You never have to work out which app you were talking to them in.
The thread is attached to the customer, not to an inbox, so a name you have not heard from since spring opens with everything already attached — what they asked, what you promised, what shipped. Somebody covering for you reads exactly what you would have read.
Maven can take the first pass and write the reply that was always going to be the same reply. When a conversation needs judgement, it says so and puts it in front of a person rather than guessing — and the person picking it up can take over mid-thread without the customer noticing a seam.
Handing a thread to a teammate is a click, and the person receiving it sees exactly what you would have seen. Cover for each other without a briefing.
What it actually does
- Every channel landing in one timeline
- The thread attached to the customer, not the inbox
- Replies that anyone on the team can pick up
What that changes for you
- You are not searching four apps for one sentence
- A customer never repeats themselves to you
- Answering does not depend on who read it first
You come away with a conversation anybody on the team can finish.
