1Our accessibility goal
We aim to design and maintain digital experiences that conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable. Accessibility is included in product design, engineering, content, testing, and support practices.
2Supported experiences
Our work includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic structure, form labels and instructions, text alternatives, captions where available, sufficient color contrast, scalable text, reduced-motion support, and compatibility with current assistive technologies and major browsers.
3Third-party and user content
Some content, embedded tools, connected services, or customer-created pages are controlled by third parties or FocalShift users. We encourage accessible content and provide supporting tools where practical, but accessibility may vary in those experiences.
4Accommodations
If a feature, document, or support channel is not accessible, contact us and identify the page or feature, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology and browser used if relevant, and the preferred format or accommodation. We will work to provide reasonable access or an effective alternative.
5Ongoing improvement and remediation
We review accessibility during feature development, address reported barriers based on impact and severity, and update components as standards and technology evolve.
Our commitment when you report a barrier. Send accessibility reports to accessibility@focalshift.ai or through FocalShift Contact. We aim to acknowledge a report within three business days, to tell you within ten business days what we found and what we plan to do, and to prioritize a fix by severity — treating a barrier that blocks a core task, account access, purchase, or support channel as the highest priority. While a fix is pending we will offer an accessible alternative route to the same outcome wherever one can reasonably be provided, including assistance from a support representative who can complete the task with you, an alternative format of a document, or an alternative channel for a form. Ask for a named point of contact and we will provide one for the duration of the issue. These are our service commitments; they are not a warranty, and they do not create a claim for a missed target.
6Feedback
Accessibility feedback and accommodation requests may be submitted through FocalShift Contact.
