Our accessibility goal
We aim to design and maintain digital experiences that conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable. Accessibility is included in product design, engineering, content, testing, and support practices.
Supported experiences
Our work includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic structure, form labels and instructions, text alternatives, captions where available, sufficient color contrast, scalable text, reduced-motion support, and compatibility with current assistive technologies and major browsers.
Third-party and user content
Some content, embedded tools, connected services, or customer-created pages are controlled by third parties or FocalShift users. We encourage accessible content and provide supporting tools where practical, but accessibility may vary in those experiences.
Accommodations
If a feature, document, or support channel is not accessible, contact us and identify the page or feature, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology and browser used if relevant, and the preferred format or accommodation. We will work to provide reasonable access or an effective alternative.
Ongoing improvement
We review accessibility during feature development, address reported barriers based on impact and severity, and update components as standards and technology evolve.
