The room where a call is made once — and stays made.
Somebody proposes it in plain words: the question, and the case for it. From that moment the decision has a page of its own — not a thread that scrolls away, a page — and the whole team can see it is on the table.
Then the table fills. Each person puts their read on record — Go or No, with the reason in their own words — and the room shows who has weighed in and who has not. Nobody’s view arrives second-hand, and nobody’s silence goes unnoticed.
The final call belongs to the owner, and the room says so. Decisions the team has finished weighing move to the top as yours to close; closing one writes the verdict, your note and your name into the record.
And that record is the point. Long after the meeting is forgotten, the question, the options, every reason and the verdict are still together in one place — on the page, and beside the boards the work happened on. A new teammate can read the decisions and understand the business in an afternoon.
