Domains & SSL

Your business has a name. Give every visit a clear destination.

Point an attached domain toward your FocalShift Hardware, understand the records behind the route, and keep certificate trust as honest as the destination itself.

MEMBER-SCOPEDCONFIRM BEFORE CHANGENO FAKE “SECURE” STATE
01 / One record, one job

A DNS record is a sentence. Type changes what it means.

Choose what the business needs. FocalShift Ai turns the technical fields into one plain-language instruction before anything changes.

A

The root name points to an IPv4 destination.

NAME@
VALUEaddress hidden
TTL3600

The reviewed attachment check uses an A record that matches the member’s server address.

02 / Connect deliberately

Keep the registrar. Point the name. Confirm the route.

FocalShift Ai does not need to become the registrar to make the hosted destination easier to understand.

Attachment is an operational match to the selected server. It is not a registrar transfer or legal proof of ownership.

03 / More than one front door

One business name can guide customers into different useful moments.

Each public address still needs a configured record, destination, and available certificate state. These examples are a planning map—not automatic provisioning.

WEBSITE HOSTING + MANAGED WORDPRESS

The public website

Give customers one recognizable place to discover the business, ask Maven Connect, submit a form, or choose the next step you configured.

04 / The change has an echo

Saved here does not always mean visible everywhere yet.

TTL tells resolvers how long they may reuse an answer before asking again. A record can change while earlier answers remain in caches for a time.

Illustration only. This is not a propagation test, countdown, or completion estimate.

05 / Two separate promises

DNS finds the site. A certificate protects the connection.

The name can reach the correct environment before an available certificate state is confirmed. FocalShift Ai should never collapse those facts into one vague green badge.

THE ROUTEDestination reached
THE TRUST PATHCertificate state not established

DNS attachment does not, by itself, establish a working certificate.

The verified Domains implementation does not currently expose a universal certificate lifecycle control. Certificate availability should appear only where the connected environment can report it.

06 / Confirm with context

One small record can change more than the website.

Before a supported record is added or removed, show which name it affects and which business path may depend on it.

07 / The system behind the address

The domain points. The connected platform keeps working.

Domains & SSL is one layer in the FocalShift Hardware story. Every adjacent tool keeps a clear responsibility.

A memorable name. A deliberate route.

Give customers one address they can trust themselves to remember.

Connect the domain to the hosted work, keep each record understandable, and let FocalShift Ai show where the customer journey continues.
