Because you said the replies I write over and over.

Maven Connect

Maven on the website you already have — answering your visitors in your words, and handing you everyone who leaves an address.

It answers from what you wrote downYou give Maven your services, your hours, your prices and your policies in your own words, and it treats those notes as the truth. It answers visitors from them and it does not guess past them.
Every visitor arrives somewhereA question with an address on it, a signup, a request for a call — each one lands in the journey you chose for that source, so nobody has to be copied out of a website and typed into anything.
A person can take the threadWhen somebody on your team should answer instead, they take the conversation over from Maven and carry it in your own inbox, and the visitor sees the hand-over in the words you wrote for it.

Your website stops being a leaflet and starts answering.

Most websites are a leaflet with a contact form on the end of it. Somebody arrives with a question the site does not answer, and the only thing on offer is a box that promises a reply later. Maven Connect puts your own Ai on that page instead, so the question gets an answer while the person is still reading.

What it can say is yours to decide. You write down the things you would repeat anyway — what you do, what it costs, when you are open, how you handle the awkward cases — and Maven answers visitors from those notes and nothing else. It is not asked to be clever about your business; it is asked to be accurate about it.

And the conversation does not end on the website. Anybody who leaves an address arrives in the journey you picked for that source, a request for a call arrives as a booking, and the whole exchange follows them into your own inbox. When one of them should be answered by a person, somebody on your team takes it over in the words you chose for the hand-over.

The card itself is yours before any of that: which tabs a visitor sees, what the first line says, the shape and the colour of the button in the corner, and whether it is there at all. You decide what shows, and the site you already have carries it.

What it actually does

  • Your own Ai answering on your own site
  • Answers written from your notes, not guessed
  • A live thread a teammate can take over

What that changes for you

  • The question that would have gone unanswered gets an answer
  • The people who ask stop being anonymous traffic
  • You write the answer once instead of every week

You come away with a website that answers for you, and everyone who spoke to it.
