You asked in plain English. It did the thing.

The conversation that runs your tools.

Maven's chat is a command line for people — ask for reports, drafts, updates and actions in plain words, get finished work back.

Why it matters

Ask in plain words — and the finished thing comes back.

Plain-language power"Move Priya to Proposal and draft the recap" — done, both.
Everywhere you areThe same Maven on every page, with the page's context.
Receipts every timeEvery action logged, every credit shown.
Part of one platform — works hand-in-hand with认识 Maven·Maven Workspace

Maven adds this one: nobody should have to learn where a thing lives before they are allowed to ask for it.

Say what you want in ordinary words. Maven does it here, in the product, and shows you what it did.

Plain words are the interfaceMove Priya to proposal and draft the recap — one sentence, and both happen. There is no menu to learn, no field name to remember and no hunting for the screen that does it.
You get the work, not the directions to itAsk for the follow-ups and the drafts are in your outbox. Ask what to do first and the plan is written out for you. Either way you are looking at the thing itself rather than instructions for making it.
Receipts, every timeWhat Maven did and what it cost sits beside the answer, so checking the work is a glance rather than an audit.

Say what you want in plain words and get finished work back.

Ask the way you would ask a colleague: write a warm follow-up to the people who went quiet this week, in my voice. Maven writes them, puts them in your outbox, and tells you which conversation each one refers back to. You send them, or you change your mind.

It hands back the work rather than the route to it. A chat that tells you which menu to open has added a step; a chat that moves the record, drafts the letter and raises the task has removed several. Ask it what to do first instead and you get the plan written out — still the thing itself, not a map to it.

You can ask from wherever you happen to be, and Maven works on what you have open — the board, the customer, the campaign in front of you. You never have to explain where you are before you can ask for anything.

Everything it does is written down beside the answer: what it did, what it changed, and what it cost. Checking the work is a glance rather than an audit, and nothing happens that you cannot read back afterwards.

What it actually does

  • Plain words in, finished work out
  • It acts in the product, not in a chat window beside it
  • Every action written down, with what it cost

What that changes for you

  • You are not hunting for the screen that does the thing
  • The work is drafted before you have decided who should do it
  • You can check what it did rather than trust that it did

You come away with a piece of finished work you asked for in one sentence.

A real conversation with Maven, part way through: Maven’s name and its role as chair and chief of staff across the top of the thread, the note of roughly what a reply costs in credits beside it, and beneath that Maven’s own answer to a question about raising a fixed fee — a numbered set of steps, each with a heading and a short paragraph, covering quoting the next jobs at the new level, explaining the change to existing clients, and asking them afterwards what they made of it, ending with an offer to draft that message too. One of those paragraphs names a range as a percentage; it is Maven’s own wording, left as it was said. The question that prompted the answer sits above the top of the visible thread, and so do the reply’s opening paragraph and its first two steps, so the answer in frame begins at the third. The reply box waits underneath, empty, inviting a message to Maven, with the send control beside it and a line under it saying what a reply costs, that the thread is private to you, and offering the discovery interview. The sub-headings still carry the raw asterisks the product has not yet turned into bold. Down the right edge the agent board, a stack of hexagon badges for the specialists on call.A real conversation with Maven, part way through: Maven’s name and its role as chair and chief of staff across the top of the thread, the note of roughly what a reply costs in credits beside it, and beneath that Maven’s own answer to a question about raising a fixed fee — a numbered set of steps, each with a heading and a short paragraph, covering quoting the next jobs at the new level, explaining the change to existing clients, and asking them afterwards what they made of it, ending with an offer to draft that message too.
