A shop owner takes a booking during the busiest hour of the day without touching the phone, because the link took it. The customer’s card is already there, with what she ordered last time on it.
When she leaves happy, the thank-you that asks for a review goes out on its own, and the review lands where people looking for the shop will actually see it.
None of this is marketing in the sense the word usually means. It is just the shop being as good at remembering people as the owner already is.
