What these technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage keeps information on a device. Pixels and similar tools can record whether a page, message, or feature was viewed or used. These technologies may be set by FocalShift or by service providers operating on our behalf.
Strictly necessary technologies
Necessary technologies support sign-in, authentication, fraud prevention, security, load balancing, session continuity, consent choices, accessibility settings, shopping or checkout functions, and other features required to provide a service you request. Because the Services cannot function properly without them, they generally cannot be disabled through our preference controls.
Preferences
Preference technologies remember language, theme, workspace, display, and other choices so the Services behave consistently when you return.
Analytics and performance
Analytics technologies help us understand page visits, feature usage, errors, performance, and general interaction patterns. We use this information to troubleshoot, measure adoption, and improve the Services. Where required, these technologies are used only after consent.
Marketing technologies
Marketing technologies may measure campaigns, limit repeated messages, understand conversions, or support advertising. If FocalShift activates these technologies, we will provide legally required notice and choice before nonessential marketing cookies are placed.
Connected services and embedded content
Embedded media, payment tools, social platforms, and other connected services may set their own technologies when you interact with them. Those providers control their technologies under their own policies.
Your controls
You can use the consent or preference controls presented on the site, adjust browser settings, delete stored data, or use device controls. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent sign-in or other core features. A choice applies to the browser and device where it is made unless the Services state otherwise.
Retention and updates
Session technologies expire when the session ends. Persistent technologies remain for the period needed for their stated purpose or until deleted. We periodically review duration and necessity. We may update this Policy when technologies or legal requirements change.

Global Privacy Control and browser signals
Where an applicable privacy law requires it, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a request to opt out of covered sale or sharing activity for that browser or device. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not have a uniform legal or technical standard, so we respond to them only where required. Blocking cookies may prevent authentication, security, preferences, embedded features, or connected tools from working correctly.
