How it actually works
The programme runs on a signed agreement, and this page describes only what that agreement says. Where the agreement puts a figure in your partner account rather than in the document, this page says so rather than guessing at it.
Drawn: one introduction, tracked to a purchase, held while refunds can still happen, then paid.
Attribution is a first–party record set when somebody follows your link or enters your code. It can fail for reasons nobody controls — a cleared browser, another device, a stripped link — and a referral that did not track is not reassigned by hand.
A commission accrues when a referred payment clears, then stays pending through a hold period while refunds, cancellations and eligibility checks settle. It becomes payable after that, and not before.
If a referred purchase is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the commission reverses — including one already paid to you. That is the same rule in both directions, and it is in the agreement.
Why it matters
What the signed agreement says
The agreement deliberately publishes no rate, no attribution window, no hold period and no minimum payout. Every one of those lives in your partner account, so it can be kept current — and it can change going forward. Anything else you read on a page like this one would be invented.
