Affiliate and Endorsement Policy

This Policy governs affiliates, referral partners, ambassadors, creators, sponsors, and anyone promoting FocalShift in exchange for value.

Effective July 27, 2026·Part of the FocalShift Legal Centre

1Clear disclosure

Disclose the material relationship clearly and conspicuously wherever an endorsement or referral appears. The disclosure must be easy to notice, understand, and associate with the endorsement. Place it with the message—not only in a profile, terms page, or group of hashtags.

2Truthful statements

Promotions must reflect honest experience and accurate, current information. Do not make claims about features, results, savings, income, security, compliance, availability, or customer outcomes that FocalShift has not authorized or that cannot be substantiated.

3Required wording and placement

Plain language such as “I earn a commission if you purchase through this link,” “Paid partnership with FocalShift,” or “Sponsored by FocalShift” is generally appropriate when true. Video disclosures should be visible and audible where practical. Live-stream disclosures should be repeated. Disclosures must appear in the same language as the endorsement.

4Prohibited promotion methods

Do not use spam, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading domains, unauthorized paid search on FocalShift trademarks, fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, impersonation, undisclosed incentives, self-referrals, trademark bidding, or content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

5Brand use

Use approved brand assets and follow current brand guidance. Do not alter logos in a misleading way, imply employment or authority to bind FocalShift, register confusingly similar names, or present an independent site as an official FocalShift property.

6Tracking and attribution

Referral credit is determined by FocalShift’s tracking records and applicable program terms. Links, codes, attribution windows, qualified actions, exclusions, reversals, and commission rates may vary by program and will be shown in the partner account or offer.

7Payments and reversals

Commissions may be withheld or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate accounts, canceled transactions, policy violations, or ineligible referrals. Partners are responsible for taxes, accurate payment information, and required tax forms.

8Monitoring and termination

FocalShift may review promotions and request correction or removal. Material or repeated violations may result in withheld commissions, suspension, or termination. Obligations concerning confidentiality, brand use, payment reconciliation, and unlawful conduct survive termination.

9Contatto

Affiliate and endorsement questions may be submitted through FocalShift Contact.

10Material connections

A material connection includes payment, commission, employment, family or personal relationships, free or discounted products, gifts, travel, services, or any other benefit that could affect how an audience evaluates an endorsement. The disclosure must appear with the endorsement, be easy to notice and understand, and use the same language as the endorsement.

11Video, audio, live, and visual content

For video, disclose in the content and not only in a description; visual and spoken disclosure may both be needed. For live content, repeat the disclosure periodically. For images and stories, place it where viewers can read it long enough. Do not bury disclosures after “more,” in a profile, among hashtags, or behind an ambiguous label.

12Commissions, reversals, and taxes

Commissions may remain pending until attribution, payment settlement, refund, fraud, and eligibility checks are complete. We may reverse commissions tied to cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, self-referrals, duplicate attribution, prohibited promotion, or fraud. Affiliates are responsible for tax information and reporting required for their earnings.
