Illegal and harmful activity

Do not use the Services to violate law or another person’s rights; facilitate fraud, trafficking, exploitation, violence, self-harm, or evasion of lawful sanctions; distribute illegal goods; or create a substantial risk of physical, financial, or operational harm.

Abuse, harassment, and exploitation

Do not threaten, harass, stalk, dox, extort, or exploit people. Sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, nonconsensual intimate content, and content that sexualizes minors are prohibited without exception.

Security misuse

Do not probe, scan, or test systems without authorization; distribute malware; conduct denial-of-service attacks; bypass access controls or rate limits; obtain credentials through deception; access accounts or data without permission; or disclose vulnerabilities irresponsibly.

Spam and deceptive practices

Do not send unsolicited bulk communications, operate phishing or impersonation schemes, manipulate engagement, conceal message origins, use misleading sender information, purchase scraped lists, or ignore opt-out requests. You must maintain lawful consent and suppression records for communications you send.

Intellectual property and privacy

Do not upload, generate, publish, or distribute material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data-protection rights. Do not collect or expose sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

High-impact and regulated uses

Do not use automated or AI features as the sole basis for decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education admission, healthcare, legal rights, or access to essential services. Regulated professional services must involve appropriately qualified human review and required disclosures.

Platform integrity

Do not reverse engineer or scrape the Services except as permitted by law; create excessive automated load; resell access without authorization; evade plan limits; manipulate rankings or metrics; interfere with other users; or use the Services to train a competing system without written permission.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, limit distribution, remove content, suspend features, block integrations, or terminate accounts. We consider severity, recurrence, intent, impact, and remediation. We may cooperate with lawful investigations and notify affected parties where appropriate.

Reporting

Report abuse, security concerns, or suspected violations through FocalShift Contact with relevant account names, URLs, timestamps, and supporting information.

Payments, wallet, and restricted businesses

Do not use FocalShift to launder money, evade sanctions or taxes, process unauthorized payments, disguise transaction parties, manipulate disputes or chargebacks, create false wallet balances, avoid platform fees, or facilitate prohibited financial activity. Businesses and offers must also comply with the Prohibited and Restricted Businesses Policy and applicable payment-provider rules.

API, automation, and developer use

Do not scrape protected data, bypass rate limits, conceal automated activity, probe systems without authorization, replay or forge webhooks, expose credentials, interfere with tenant isolation, or use APIs and agents to perform conduct prohibited for a human user. You are responsible for permissions, review, monitoring, and fail-safe controls for automated actions.
